Job Description

Navigos Search's Client is seeking a results-driven QA Manager to spearhead our quality assurance efforts across multiple software initiatives. This individual will design robust testing strategies, manage automation frameworks, and guide a distributed team to uphold quality standards across the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a scalable QA approach to validate software performance and functionality.
- Align testing processes with recognized industry methodologies and compliance standards.
- Build, enhance, and maintain automated test environments to boost testing throughput and precision.
- Oversee and coordinate activities across various QA teams, ensuring timelines and efficiency goals are met.
- Collaborate with software engineers to embed testing practices within development cycles.
- Establish and track KPIs for test coverage, defect rates, and process effectiveness.
- Detect, document, and escalate quality issues or risks encountered during validation phases.
- Deliver periodic updates and insights to international stakeholders regarding QA progress and potential blockers.
- Foster a team culture grounded in transparency, continuous learning, mutual support, and proactive problem-solving.

Job Requirements

Technical Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 3 years in a leadership role overseeing mid to large-scale teams (10 people).
- Proficiency in defining test strategies, tracking execution, and delivering outcome-based reports.
- Solid hands-on experience with data-intensive systems; must be comfortable writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems, especially Microsoft Azure, is advantageous.
- Background in financial or banking technology environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or ControlM adds value.
- Strong command of English with prior experience engaging directly with Western clients or global project teams.
