Job Description

Navigos Search's client is looking for an Influencer Outreach Coordinator who will collaborate internally with all departments and liaise externally with content creators, agencies, and platform representatives.

II. Role Purpose
Our company, a leading player in the global automotive aftermarket, seeks an Influencer Engagement Specialist to amplify brand awareness
This position exists to establish and nurture authentic partnerships with digital creators who resonate with our brand ethos and drive engagement in key markets.

III. Core Responsibilities
- Scout & Qualify Creators: Research social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to discover influencers whose audience and values match each product line.
- Outreach & Negotiation: Craft personalized messages and proposals, negotiate terms, and secure collaborations via direct messaging, email, or platform tools.
- Campaign Coordination: Oversee content development, ensuring creators highlight product features, storytelling, and brand positioning.
- Performance Tracking: Collect data on reach, interaction rates, and audience demographics; generate regular performance summaries.
- Relationship Management: Maintain detailed logs of all influencer contacts, contractual agreements, and deliverables.
- Brand Alignment: Vet potential partners for brand fit—ensuring tone, aesthetics, and messaging reflect each division’s identity.
- Cross‑Functional Support: Work alongside marketing, PR, and events teams to integrate influencer activities into broader promotional initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Execute additional assignments related to digital partnerships as directed by leadership.

Job Requirements

- Communication: Fluent English—excellent writing and verbal skills for pitching, negotiating, and reporting.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media trends, platform analytics, and content formats.
- Organizational: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Interpersonal: Comfortable engaging with a variety of personalities, from nano‑influencers to high‑profile creators.
- Proactivity: Self‑starter mindset, able to independently source new opportunities and follow through to execution.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; 1–3 years in influencer or digital marketing roles is an asset.
