Key Responsibilities
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define solution roadmaps for banking transformation.
• Lead solution architecture and design workshops, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex banking requirements (core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, compliance, etc.) into actionable solution designs.
• Conduct current state assessments, gap analyses, and future state architecture definition.
• Work closely with delivery teams and technology vendors to ensure successful execution of proposed solutions.
• Support business case development, RFP/RFI responses, and pre-sales activities when required.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging consulting frameworks, industry best practices, and deep banking domain knowledge.
Job Requirements
• 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in consulting roles (Big4 or similar firms preferred).
• Strong track record in banking and financial services projects (core banking, digital channels, payments, wealth management, risk & compliance).
• Excellent consulting toolkit – problem structuring, storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
• Solid grounding in solution architecture principles (enterprise architecture, system integration, cloud/digital solutions) but able to frame discussions around business value and outcomes.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing C-level engagements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
