Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Shape and evolve the brand identity across digital and physical platforms.
• Ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels (app, website, social media, etc.).
• Drive brand awareness through strategic campaigns targeting the fintech sector.
• Explore and lead brand-enhancing opportunities such as partnerships, PR initiatives, and events.
2. Market Insights & Product Development
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover user behavior, needs, and emerging trends.
• Partner with the Product team to ideate and develop new features or initiatives.
• Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new releases.
3. Growth & User Acquisition
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Oversee performance across key growth platforms including the website, app, SEO, email, and social media (Facebook Page, Group, etc.).
4. Analytics & Optimization
• Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Optimize the user journey across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a growing Marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with founders, Product, and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate regular planning and performance review sessions.
Job Requirements
• 4–5 years of experience in digital, growth, or product marketing—ideally in tech or fintech startups.
• Strong sense of ownership with a focus on accountability and delivering results.
• Demonstrated success in brand development, performance marketing, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager, and AppTweak.
• Capable of managing end-to-end campaigns and mentoring junior team members.
