Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership & Ecosystem Development
• Design and execute a unified go-to-market and commercial development strategy across all business verticals: aviation, hospitality, resorts, real estate, and travel services.
• Align cross-division business models into a cohesive value chain targeting international tourists, investors, and strategic partners.
• Translate Vietnam’s cultural, natural, and service strengths into a competitive global positioning framework.
2. Global Partnerships & Business Expansion
• Identify and lead the development of long-term B2B and B2G partnerships with global airlines, hotel brands, OTAs, MICE operators, and government tourism boards.
• Represent the group in major international forums such as WTTC, PATA, UNWTO, ITB Berlin, and World Expo to promote investment, tourism exchange, and bilateral cooperation.
• Proactively lead and manage international market entry projects, working with embassies, chambers of commerce, and international legal/tax advisors.
3. Commercial Innovation & Revenue Optimization
• Introduce innovative business models (bundled travel experiences, joint ventures, loyalty ecosystems, etc.) to increase lifetime value per customer and partner.
• Develop a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities aligned with global tourism trends such as wellness travel, eco-tourism, digital nomadism, and luxury experiential travel.
• Lead pricing, bundling, and value-based selling strategies for key product lines.
4. Brand & Market Development
• Oversee the global positioning and storytelling of Vietnam as a luxury and high-value tourism destination.
• Work closely with Group Marketing to launch global campaigns, in-market activations, and media partnerships to build brand equity.
• Leverage analytics and tourism economics to fine-tune market prioritization and investment focus.
5. Internal Alignment & Governance
• Collaborate with divisional CEOs (Aviation, Hospitality, Real Estate, Tourism) to ensure consistent strategy execution and performance tracking.
• Lead cross-functional taskforces on international business development, digital transformation, and customer experience excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board of Directors on all matters related to commercial growth and market expansion.

Job Requirements

Experience & Expertise
• 15 years of progressive leadership in tourism, aviation, hospitality, or global travel commerce.
• Proven track record of building and managing cross-border strategic partnerships and JVs.
• Deep understanding of destination marketing, tourism investment, and global travel trade networks.
• Experience working with international organizations or government bodies such as UNWTO, ASEAN Tourism Forum, IATA, ADB, or World Bank tourism programs is a plus.

• Strong cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to navigate public-private partnerships and international stakeholder ecosystems.
