Job Description
Develop and manage business relationships with top-tier Vietnamese corporates, multinational companies (MNCs), and foreign direct investors (FDIs) in alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain and grow a healthy client portfolio by offering tailored banking products and services that meet clients' needs.
Work closely with Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) and provide supervision to ensure effective client administration and daily transaction management.
Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices to ensure seamless execution of client-related tasks and deliver high service standards.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the Department Head and the Branch General Manager.
Job Requirements
Self-motivated, honest, independent, responsible, patient, and diligent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
Proficient in both spoken and written English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Accounting. Additional certifications or memberships such as ACCA, CFA, etc., are an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
