Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily inspections and testing of machined parts to ensure
compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
Identify and report any non-conformities, and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality performance.
Prepare detailed quality inspection reports for QA and Plant Management review.
Monitor and enforce quality standards at every stage of production.
Support production teams in applying quality control practices to minimize errors and rework.
Ensure all measuring instruments are regularly calibrated and properly used during inspections.
Collaborate with QA Engineers and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
Participate in training sessions for production staff on quality processes and standards.
Promote a strong quality mindset across the entire team.
College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, Construction Materials, or a related technical field.
Job Requirements
Requirements
At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in quality control, particularly with construction materials or in a related manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of material testing methods, quality control tools, and documentation practices.
In-depth understanding of construction material standards, tolerances, and industry compliance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Skilled in using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial gauges).
Strong attention to detail with excellent reporting and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
