Job Description

The company is looking for a Principal Presales Consultant:
- Partner with delivery teams and business units to stay aligned with our evolving service offerings and capabilities.
- Monitor trends and developments in the banking and financial services sector to tailor solution offerings that meet market demands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their technical and business needs—from exploratory meetings to formal RFPs (Request For Proposal) and inquiries.
- Lead client discovery sessions to identify pain points and propose our most suitable solutions.
- Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, ensuring they are detailed, competitive, and closely aligned with client expectations.
- Work with internal teams to structure strategic, actionable solutions that address client challenges and support accurate planning and estimation.
- Foster long-term client relationships by providing expert guidance during project execution, supporting issue resolution, and maintaining open communication.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the client journey, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
- Stay connected with our ecosystem of partners, leveraging insights from partner technologies to enhance client solutions.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in the IT field, particularly in digital implementation projects.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycles, platform integration, and digital systems within banking and finance.
- Familiarity with architectural concepts and integration frameworks.
- Capability to assess integration needs and recommend suitable implementation strategies.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate business and technical requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated success in crafting proposals and technical documentation that address client needs and highlight business value.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and navigate diverse cultural settings.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive teamwork across departments and with clients.
- Competence in managing internal coordination and facilitating alignment on solution scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex issues into manageable components for effective project planning.
