JOB TITLE: Sales Manager (Air/Sea/Warehousing)
LOCATION: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City

SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and selling logistics and forwarding services, including Air, Sea, and Warehousing solutions. This role involves managing a sales team, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets through various communication channels such as telephone, email, websites, and social networks.

JOB DUTIES:
Business Development:
• Identify and engage potential customers for international and domestic forwarding/logistics services.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and convert them into successful sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Safeguard company interests while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Team Management & Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance overall performance.

Lead Generation & Networking:
• Conduct cold calling and outreach from various lead sources to secure meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including shipping liners, airlines, and warehousing providers.
• Provide qualified leads to appropriate team members for effective follow-up.

Product Presentation & Negotiation:
• Effectively present service features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms to potential clients.
• Customize solutions to meet client requirements and address concerns promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals successfully.

Marketing & Strategy Implementation:
• Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional activities to expand market presence.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Reporting & Other Duties:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service. At least 2 years of management level
• Previous experience in Logistics or Forwarding Sales is a strong advantage.

Skills & Abilities:
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English (listening, writing, and speaking) is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
