About the Role
You will lead the design, architecture, and evolution of our AI Code Generation Engine — the core system that converts pixels into high-quality code.
This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you will:
Stabilize & refine the codegen pipeline — ensuring consistent, production-ready code output from design files (Figma, Penpot, etc.), handling complex layout interpretation, semantic component detection, and responsiveness across varied designs.
Integrate LLMs with proprietary models — combining general reasoning with domain-specific precision to deliver scalable output across multiple frameworks (React, Angular, React Native, Flutter, etc.) and design platforms.
Mentor a small engineering team working on parsing, prompt engineering, inference optimization, and automated code validation.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5 years of experience in frontend or full-stack engineering, ideally with product ownership experience
Strong expertise in React, HTML/CSS, or Flutter, plus modern frontend architecture
Curiosity and/or experience with AI models, ASTs, or design tools like Figma and Penpot
Proven system design and software architecture skills
Product-oriented mindset — able to balance speed and quality while prototyping with user needs in mind
Leadership experience, including mentoring engineers or leading project squads
