Navigos search's client is manufacturer, finding suitable talents with below responsibilities
- Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans for machinery and equipment, including forecasting potential issues and managing spare parts inventory.
- Monitor and analyze key performance data such as machine uptime, breakdown frequency, and defect rates related to equipment.
- Collect and evaluate energy consumption data to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Oversee and maintain workplace organization standards (5S) within the equipment area.
- Analyze quality parameters during product development to ensure process alignment and compliance.
- Create and standardize technical documents, including troubleshooting guides, minor repair instructions, and training manuals for technician development.
- Continuously propose and implement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related Engineering fields.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Industrial Parks or in a similar position are preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, responsibility, and strong passion for the job.
