Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analytics & Insights
- KPI Development: Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate success across e-commerce functions.
- Data Preparation: Ensure data accuracy and quality through effective gathering, cleansing, and preprocessing.
- Analytics Execution: Conduct thorough statistical and analytical reviews to identify trends and business-impacting patterns.
- Insight Generation: Translate data findings into clear, actionable business insights for strategic decisions.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide targeted advice to business leaders to inform decision-making and foster growth.

2. Reporting & Dashboards
- Report & Dashboard Creation: Build dynamic dashboards and reports that visualize business performance effectively.
- Customization: Adapt reporting tools to meet the unique analytical requirements of different business units.
- Data Storytelling: Communicate data-driven insights in a compelling and understandable way for key stakeholders.
- Automation: Streamline regular reporting processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of critical information.

3. Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with teams from Ecommerce Local, Ecommerce Regional, and Marketing to assess and fulfill data needs.
- Sales & Business Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to shape growth strategies for Official Stores and C2C operations, focusing on key platforms like Shopee and TikTok.
- Decision Support: Equip teams with the insights necessary for informed, data-backed decisions.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all analytics and reporting adhere to regulatory standards and internal data governance.
- Data Alignment: Maintain uniform data across systems to support accurate and consistent reporting.
- Process Enhancements: Identify and implement improvements in data handling and BI procedures.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and evaluate Ecommerce and C2C program budgets using KPIs and performance data to ensure cost-effectiveness.

4. Team Leadership & Development
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the BI team to excel and align with business objectives.
- Capability Building: Train business users in BI tools and methods to empower self-service analytics.
- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of data methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and repeatability

Job Requirements

- Experience: 4 years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, ideally in e-commerce or a high-growth startup.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL; experienced with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker); strong Excel/Google Sheets or Python; familiar with A/B testing.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, demand planning, product analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
- Analytical Thinking: Able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Communication: Knowledge of FMCG sales channels (online & offline); strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Language: Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
