Establish and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve ISO 9008 certification.
Oversee and coordinate all quality-related activities within the company.
Monitor and report the "Cost of Quality" with targets for annual reduction.
Conduct internal audits across all processes and respond to quality complaints.
Collaborate with technical teams on FMEA, 8D reports, and root cause analysis.
Ensure clear process visualization, ownership, and measurable quality checkpoints.
Manage technical documentation and oversee product release processes.
Deliver quality training programs and coach employees on quality tools and standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Lead standardization projects and support operational excellence efforts.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Production Technology, or a degree in Quality Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
