Quality Management
Develop, implement, and maintain the factory’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or relevant standards).
Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and industry regulations.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Monitor supplier quality and coordinate audits.
Health & Safety
Establish and enforce workplace safety standards in compliance with local laws and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training programs.
Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
Environment Management
Implement environmental policies in compliance with ISO 14001 and local environmental regulations.
Oversee waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
Monitor and report environmental performance metrics.
Leadership & Compliance
Lead the QHSE team and coordinate with production, maintenance, and HR departments.
Prepare reports for management and external authorities.
Act as the main contact point for government agencies and certification bodies.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in manufacturing industries.
