Have directional responsibility to achieve sales objectives through excellent 5Ps execution at store level to deliver continuous profitable growth.

Forecasting, build source of growth
Develop and support partnership between Colgate and customers by joint business planning and Category management partnership with assigned accounts.
Comply in store management strategies with 5Ps executions to sustain excellent in store visibility including optimal inventory stock, availability of products in each retail environment and new product introduction.
Provide coaching and feedback to in-store staff (merchandisers/ PGs) and ensure that they are trained and updated on new products, promotions, and merchandising objectives
