Job Description
• Ensure timely material availability for production needs.
• Manage purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, rescheduling, and resolve supplier issues.
• Review and maintain supplier performance, ensure compliance with company standards (ECO, SOP, QLTC, etc.).
• Handle sourcing for new materials and components, build and develop local/global supplier base.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, monitor commodity trends, support localization and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain purchasing database and documentation (NDA, contracts, KPI reports).
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies.
• Participate in purchasing improvement projects and support cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
• At least 10 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement; 5 years in multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of global sourcing, supplier development, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Chinese and Vietnamese are a plus.
• Familiarity with Vietnam’s supplier market is preferred.
• Agile, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in driving improvements and managing risks.
