Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
• Manage budgets for your sales territory, ensuring compliance and alignment with our Annual Business Plan (ABP).
• Design comprehensive sales strategies for electronics business and customers, driving further electronics market development.
• Collaborate closely with your supervisor to ensure seamless planning and execution.
2. Business Development
• Implement cutting-edge market and sales strategies to boost market coverage and drive profitable growth.
• Identify and seize profitable sales opportunities within responsible market segment (Electronics).
• Partner with our borderless business support team to achieve ambitious sales objectives.
• Engage in consultative selling, maintaining deep market insights to stay ahead of trends.
3. Sales Management
• Lead and manage sales activities, build and maintain strong relationship with the electronics customers.
• Expand current sales turnover and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and monitor business plans for key customers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Formulate strategic sales approaches, overseeing customer pricing, service levels, and product assortments.
• Coordinate with Customer Excellence team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Manage outstanding AR and negotiate payment terms for new accounts.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and collaborate with Regional Marketing for end-user visits.
• Develop long-term growth strategies in collaboration with your superior.
4. Reporting and Systems
• Maintain and update detailed records of your activities and projects.
• Prepare insightful monthly reports to keep the team updated.
• Utilize our CRM system to track project information, status updates, and sales activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in sales management, business development for the Electronics business (including electronics OEM, mobile, gadgets & IT devices producers, electronics semi-conductor, converters with specialization in serving electronics customers, etc.)
• A solid understanding and knowledge of Electronics business value chain and spec-in process.
• Proficiency in English with business-level Korean language is a plus.
• Trustworthy and of sound character.
• Responsible and proactive to approach new customers and business opportunity.
• Sharp business acumen.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
