Job Description
The Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our software solutions in the Vietnamese market by generating qualified leads, establishing strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with the Delivery and Expert teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
This role will require a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the software industry, and a strong network of relationships within Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver thought leadership content (e.g., presentations, articles, webinars) to position the company as an industry expert and attract potential customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery and Expert teams to ensure smooth project execution, address customer needs, and provide exceptional service.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Job Requirements
Experience:
8 years of experience in software sales, preferably with experience in SAP, Microsoft, or Oracle solutions.
Skills:
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of the software industry and the Vietnamese market.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
Nice to have:
• Experience in selling enterprise software solutions to large corporations.
• A strong network of relationships within the Vietnamese business community.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
