Job Requirements
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance for all rotating equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are consistently met.
• Provide technical guidance and support on rotating equipment operations, overhauls, and turnarounds.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets, procurement strategies, and KPI frameworks.
• Implement best practices in reliability engineering, failure analysis, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, training programs, and competency development plans.
• Oversee spare parts management and vendor coordination for rotating assets.
• Review and approve safety documentation for high-risk maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments on shutdown planning and cross-functional improvements.
• Support emergency response activities and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
