Job Description

Performance Appraisal:
• Design and implement a company-wide performance appraisal framework based on measurable KPIs, competencies, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define performance standards, criteria, and review cycles.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end performance review process, including timelines, communications, tools, and reporting.
• Provide training and coaching to managers and staff on giving/receiving feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement.
• Conduct audits of performance data and appraisal results to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance.
• Analyze trends and gaps in performance data to recommend improvements in employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Incentive & Reward Programs:
• Develop and maintain performance-based incentive programs (e.g. bonus schemes, recognition plans) that are aligned with company objectives and employee motivation.
• Partner with Finance and Business Units to design incentive structures tied to individual, team, and company performance.
• Ensure incentive programs are competitive, fair, and in line with market benchmarks.
• Oversee the calculation and communication of incentive payouts.
• Monitor the impact of incentive programs and adjust them as needed for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in rewards and recognition across industries.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with HRBP, L&D, and C&B teams to integrate performance and reward practices with broader HR initiatives.
• Provide regular performance and reward-related reporting to leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support change management and internal communication to ensure stakeholder buy-in across departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years specifically in performance management and/or total rewards.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing structured performance and incentive systems.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics, appraisal tools, and reward strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance/incentive data.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, or relevant performance management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards relevant to performance evaluation and compensation.
• Experience in multinational or performance-driven environments is highly preferred.
