Job Description
Develop concept designs and explore cost-saving options.
Handle permit applications and manage design schedules, progress, and quality.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants during the permit process (requires strong communication, management skills, and knowledge of Vietnamese standards, NFPA, IEC).
Oversee contractors’ schedules and technical documents.
Review and approve shop drawings and materials.
Participate in weekly coordination meetings of departments at the construction site and participate in inspection and acceptance of the program.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or HVAC.
Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP design.
Prefer experience in factories, warehouses, malls, or high-rise buildings.
Advantageous to hold MEP/Firefighting/Green design licenses (LEED, LOTUS, WELL) or proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC.
