Job Description
• Achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals by developing and executing strategies and action plans to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
• Actively engaging in prospecting activities geared at expanding the customer base, pursuing new business opportunities, and continually increasing market share.
• Identifying customers’ needs and requirements and conducting pre-sales activities such as customer visits, solution preparation, and sales pitch presentations.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity to analyze data and generate insights for growth forecasts and strategy.
• Compiling sales reports and forecasts for facilitating business decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leading and inspiring your team to grow into a high-performing team.
• Managing ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Hold a degree in Science (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or Engineering (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical) disciplines.
• Have around 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, including recent years in managerial roles; prior experience in engaging with Chinese customers is a great advantage.
• Are proactive, presentable, team-oriented, and passionate about building a business from scratch.
• Are driven by a “Hunter” mentality in identifying prospects and converting them into customers.
• Embrace opportunities for professional growth and advancement, with a vision to gradually build an exemplary sales team.
• Possess strong working knowledge in using common MS Office.
• Strong fluency in English (Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required).
