Job Description
- Receive orders from the Sales department in and book services for tour series and monthly tracking such as hotels, transportation, restaurants, water puppetry, train tickets...
- Send purchase orders to suppliers and track orders
- Check the information requested from the Sales department
- Confirm and adjust the number of guests booked when final information is available
- Negotiate prices with suppliers
- Control the prices and service quality of suppliers, make the report costs at the end of the month
- Leading the team with size up to 5 members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Strong skills in Reservations and Customer Service
- English communication is required
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the travel industry/using CRM is a plus
