Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)Location: Hanoi, VietnamCompany: FMCG company with FDI investment
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team & Distribution Management: Lead and manage sales teams (Sales Supervisors, Distributor Marketing Reps) and develop distribution channels to achieve sales targets.
Sales & Promotional Planning: Collaborate to create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, promotions, and budgets for the assigned region.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and ensure compliance with sales schedules, review daily/weekly/monthly reports, and oversee the evaluation of promotional activities.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Regularly collect and update information on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key distributors and clients, address feedback, and ensure brand presence and visibility.
Team Development & Training: Train and develop Sales Supervisors, fostering teamwork and ensuring continuous improvement in sales performance.
Program Implementation & Resource Allocation: Ensure the effective execution of promotional campaigns, manage marketing materials, and assess the outcomes of sales support programs.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG (500 employees scale).
Basic communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of the FMCG market in Hanoi.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with distributors and partners.
Proven experience in training and team development.
Willingness to learn and ability to work under high pressure.
Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
