Job Description
The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of core master data across various systems. This role involves managing, maintaining, and improving master data that supports critical business operations, such as customer, product, vendor, material, and employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and manage master data records in systems like SAP and IBM Maximo and others
• Conduct data analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to align data with organizational standards and policies.
• Develop and implement data governance processes, ensuring compliance with data standards.
• Provide guidance on data-related matters to support business operations and decision-making.
• Measure and improve the quality, accuracy, and security of master data.
• Offer expertise on master data management and ensure the application of best practices.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in Data Management, with experience in the Oil and Gas industry considered a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis, management, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with data integration tools (ETL, APIs) and managing master data using systems like SAP or IBM Maximo.
• Strong understanding of SAP Master Data (GL Account, Cost Center, Vendor, Material, etc.).
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data quality practices.
• Good Project Management skills and Communication skills
