Job Description
Our client provides cloud-based ERP solutions targeting mid-sized to large enterprises, delivering significant value to these organizations.
With the aim to enhance user experience & the productivity of the engineering team; as well as integrating, linking data from modules to others, consolidating diverse technology stacks of different modules developed across different locations; we are looking for a Senior Product Manager:
Responsibilities:
You will work alongside product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and customer support teams across various ERP products. Your main responsibility will be to enhance the value of the product delivered to users of all ERP offerings through effective product management and coordination with the different product teams.
- Develop a cohesive product vision and roadmap for all ERP products and the Integrating Dev team.
- Plan initiatives to address user challenges.
- Oversee product development and enhancements.
- Guide development efforts in partnership with engineers and designers.
- Identify issues, test hypotheses, and analyze product performance.
- Implement marketing strategies in collaboration with business units.
- Define requirements for product integration.
Job Requirements
Essential:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience in product management, design, development, or oversight of back-office products or SaaS solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in back-office operations, all or one of these followings: accounting, finance, billing, order management.
- In-depth understanding and experience in the realm of inter-company transactions.
- English: Fluent in both spoken and written forms.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in project management related to product development.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies informed by user data analysis.
- Experience collaborating on product development with international engineering teams.
