JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the Global Compliance function to enhance the company’s global ethics and compliance program. This includes implementation of the Code of Conduct, risk assessment and remediation, internal controls, compliance training and communication, ethics hotline management, internal investigations, compliance counseling, M&A compliance due diligence and integration, and records management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and support global compliance initiatives across Code of Conduct, M&A compliance, training, hotline, and records management.
Assess and investigate ethics hotline reports, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant business leaders.
Provide guidance on compliance topics, laws, and policies.
Create concise executive reports and presentations to support compliance visibility.
Collaborate with Internal Audit and legal counsel on audit plans, investigations, and remediation.
Manage compliance-related vendor agreements and third-party systems (e.g., hotline, due diligence platforms).
Monitor global regulatory changes, evaluate their impact, and update internal compliance procedures.
Partner with HR on compliance training rollout and follow-up.
Conduct due diligence and integration for new acquisitions into the global compliance framework.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure alignment with global compliance policies.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 12 years of related experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
Proven experience in ethics and compliance, including internal investigations and program management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
