Job Description
I. Job Purpose
We are a new set up factory seeking a reliable and experienced professional to take charge of information security, project security, facility management, and inventory control in compliance with customer requirements. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational safety and infrastructure reliability while cooperating closely with the manufacturing department.
II. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures aligned with customer and internal standards.
• Oversee project and facility security, including access control and surveillance systems (CCTV).
• Manage and maintain building security infrastructure.
• Supervise and monitor inventory control processes to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure smooth operation and compliance with customer security requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with the manufacturing department to support joint operational goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for security systems and facility management.
• Prepare regular security reports for senior management and participate in audits.
• Work under the General Director’s department with a proactive and accountable approach.
Job Requirements
• Age: 30–40 years old.
• Proven experience in information security, facility or building security, and inventory control.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• A reliable and responsible personality with integrity and professionalism.
• Experience in senior or mid-management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to cooperate and coordinate effectively across departments.
