Job Title: Academy Content Executive

JOB PURPOSE: Academy Content Executive’s responsible for creating and continuously enhancing technical training content for the production team, ensuring photo editors are equipped with the right skills to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create and manage training content
Design and manage technique documents, online training courses and visual content / materials
Create and manage supporting materials (actions, scripts, )
Translate creative and aesthetic quality standards into clear, systematic training
2. Conduct training activities
Conduct training sessions for Photo Editors, focusing on fashion and beauty retouching techniques:
Offline in-person (class-based format)
Live online (via Zoom or Skype with screen sharing)
Self-paced online (pre-recorded video and document-based course, no live trainer required)
Conduct offline training for special projects
Collaborate closely with the Production, Quality Management, and Supervision teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all training content and delivery.
Continuously update training programs to reflect new standards, techniques, and feedback from stakeholders.
3. Other tasks
Monitor relevant data of Academy Online System and other content
Create, manage and update relevant team and cross-team processes
Guide and support new team members as assigned
Contribute ideas / feedback on improving team performance
Other supporting tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
SKILL SET:
1. Technical Skills
Graduated from College/University degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communication, or similar fields
3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop in a professional setting, particularly in fashion and beauty retouching.
Experience with professional techniques such as: High-precision cutouts; Product, model, and background retouching; Texture cloning and blending; Advanced frequency separation techniques; Dodge & Burn (local and global), shadow/light sculpting; Liquify and adjustments of garment shapes/structure; Color correction, matching, changing, and grading; Hair masking, reconstruction, and digital painting
Strong understanding of non-destructive workflows (masks, smart objects, adjustment layers…).
Familiarity with layered file structure, production workflows, and handover
2. Training & Communication Skills
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in a creative or production environment is a strong advantage.
Ability to explain complex techniques in a simple, clear, and structured
Proficient in English communication (equivalent to IELTS 5 ).
Comfortable using communication tools such as email, Slack, and video conferencing
3. Bonus Skills (Nice to have)
Experience in high-volume retouching production
Familiarity with automation tools, Photoshop actions, scripts, and AI-based
Understanding of QA standards or experience writing process
