Job Description
We’re looking for an agile and performance-oriented E-commerce Project Manager to steer execution across a thriving Shopify-based brand. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the inner workings of DTC ecommerce—from custom funnels and upsell systems to subscription tech and UX enhancements. You’ll be the connector between design, development, and marketing to deliver efficient and profitable customer journeys.
- Oversee creation and launch of optimized sales funnels (quizzes, advertorials, landing pages, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day Shopify backend operations, including product uploads and post-sale automation
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop seamless, mobile-first landing pages
- Lead initiatives to improve site and funnel performance through CRO strategies (using analytics, session recordings, etc.)
- Set up and refine upselling/cross-selling mechanics, bundling strategies, and methods to lift AOV/LTV
- Administer and enhance recurring billing systems (e.g., Recharge or similar platforms)
- Integrate and monitor MarTech tools like Klaviyo, tracking pixels, event monitoring, etc.
- Continuously analyze performance data to optimize assets and systems
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Shopify experience in 7-figure DTC brands
- Practical understanding of performance funnel elements (pre-sell pages, quiz flows, sales videos, etc.)
- Experience managing subscription platforms such as Recharge or Seal
- A good design eye and basic comfort with tools like Figma or Canva
- Strong ability to delegate, review, and QC work from designers, developers, and writers
- Excellent communicator with proactive leadership skills and a bias for speed and execution
- Bonus: Ability to prompt and use AI tools for rapid copy creation or idea generation
