Job Description

Standardize training & development system for company and ensure alignment in all locations.
WORKERS TRAINING:
• New Sewer Training Capacity
o Collaborate with Production Managers and HR to predict monthly new sewer requirements.
o Collaborate with HR to maintain a qualified trainer-to-new worker ratio that aligns with business norms.
o Collaborate with the facility department to guarantee adequate machine availability for anticipated training needs.
• New Sewer Training Program
• Trained Sewers
• Operator Engagement
o Develop and administer a training program for new sewers based on company training practices.
o Regularly monitor new worker training progress to ensure targets are met. Help trainers who are unable to meet the new sewage training objectives on a consistent basis.
o Developing innovative approaches for efficient sewer training.
OFFICE, MANAGER TRAINING:
• Communicate the context in which immediate employees must plan and execute tasks.
• Foster collaborative teamwork by establishing a regular meeting schedule and keeping direct team members accountable for effective collaboration at their level.
• IE Development: Evaluate each employee's capabilities and coach them to improve their functional skills and managerial competencies.

Job Requirements

• Degree in relevant field with experience in similar position
• At least 15 years working in garment technologist, technical department and training workers.
• Demonstrated experience in training and development
• Training and teaching skills
• Knowledge about garment, sewing technician, production management Initiative, independent, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and Computer Skills
• Good communication and problem solving skill.
