Job Description

Support business units in tracking compliance-related MIP target achievements.

Monitor and ensure completion of mandatory compliance training programs.

Review due diligence (DD) documentation and ensure timely upload into the system.

Participate in compliance monitoring activities, including field visits, reviewing compliance-related transactions, and preparing monitoring reports.

Serve as a key contact and advisor on Ethics & Compliance matters within the business.

Review and approve HCP-related activities, or escalate for higher-level approvals as per policy requirements.

Manage compliance tools such as ezFlow and the Third-Party Due Diligence portal.

Deliver compliance-related training sessions to employees.

Support business functions in engagements with external Compliance Officers and auditors.

Ensure budget adherence and effective resource allocation for compliance initiatives, measured by alignment between budgets and planned activities, and successful program implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance compliance and regulatory efforts, assessed through stakeholder feedback and alignment with compliance objectives.

Provide guidance to ensure that sales operations comply with internal policies, through ongoing training, policy adherence, and team feedback.

Monitor HCP engagements to prevent any activities that may breach company policies or regulations, ensuring compliance through regular oversight and reporting.

Perform other duties assigned by Regional Compliance, including supporting compliance needs in other regional markets.

Maintain a strong understanding of local and international industry codes, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam.

Job Requirements


Minimum 10 years working related to audit, compliance in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
Experience and familiarity with local pharmaceutical codes of ethics is a plus. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and standards.
Experience in managing and monitoring IHCP related activities.
Experience in compliance management, preferably leading the function within a country.
Experience in working with regulatory authorities and navigating compliance requirements.
Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
Experience in conducting compliance training and ensuring awareness among employees.
Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in the compliance context.
Fluently English
