Job Description
• Oversee end-to-end accounting for long-term industrial projects, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and manage tax filing, audits, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Liaise with Big 4 auditors and ensure timely and accurate audit preparation and responses.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
• Maintain high standards of transparency and integrity in all accounting operations.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Chief Accountant, preferably in a project-based or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting for large-scale manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
• Experience with transfer pricing and working with Big 4 auditing firms is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as Vietnamese Chief Accountant license or ACCA are required.
• Good command of English – both spoken and written (able to work with foreign leadership).
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office tools.
• High level of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
