Senior QC - Leather Inspector (Based at Tay Ninh)

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Leather Inspector to ensure that leather materials meet quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves inspecting incoming leather, identifying defects, and supporting production quality throughout the manufacturing process.


Inspect incoming leather materials based on company and customer standards (surface quality, thickness, flexibility, odor, color consistency, etc.).


Identify and classify defects such as scratches, stains, color variations, and structural irregularities.


Record inspection results using standardized forms or quality systems.


Communicate quality issues to Purchasing or Supplier teams when necessary.


Conduct in-process quality checks during cutting, sewing, and finishing stages.


Work closely with production teams to ensure defective materials are properly handled.


Suggest improvements in inspection procedures or supplier quality to reduce defect rates.


Maintain reference samples and daily QC records.


Participate in internal or external quality audits and review meetings as required.
