Mô tả công việc

1. Client Services and New Client Development
• Timely renew insurance policies in accordance with the Renewal Guidelines of the Division.
• Follow up on client’s growth and evolving requirements.
• Design insurance programs tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with clients.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Conduct insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain insurance coverage and claim procedures).
• Arrange risk surveys.
• Provide consulting services to clients.
• Identify and explore opportunities with new clients.
2. Business Processing and Supervision
• Manage and follow up the team’s business plan.
• Develop and manage operational guidelines for the team.
• Approve risks within the authorized limit.
• Oversee and support the claim process.
• Provide guidance and support to marketing back office staff.
3. Coordination with Other Divisions
• Collaborate with other divisions/departments to establish and implement internal policies and guidelines.
4. Staff Management
• Supervise daily administrative operations within the team.
• Coach and monitor team members to ensure they meet job expectations.
• Train new marketing (MKT) staff.
• Coordinate with MKT staff to ensure efficient cooperation.
5. Reporting
• Prepare and submit periodic reports as required by the company.

Yêu cầu

QUALIFICATIONS
• University graduate.
• Proficient in English (Japanese is a plus).
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Strong marketing sense.
• Good understanding of workflow and operational procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of non-life insurance prod
