- Identify and approach potential corporate clients in Vietnam (focus on local corporations; connections with Korean/Taiwanese firms are a plus).
- Lead sales planning and client acquisition strategy to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Account, Creative, and Processing) to deliver tailored proposals and campaign solutions.
- Manage and coach 1–2 sales staff to ensure team performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in advertising & digital marketing.
- Report sales activities and forecasts to the Japanese Director.
