Packing Supervisor/Manager (furniture, Binh Duong)

Supervise and organize the activities of the packing and loading team.
Design packaging to ensure products are sufficiently protected during shipment while achieving the most cost effective package size.
Calculate the loading plan for each container to ensure safe delivery of products while maximizing the container capacity.
On completion of a container loading prepare and forward the loading list to Logistics.
Monitor white wood deliveries from sub-contractors and schedule adherence.
Liaise with Production Manager and General Manager to create monthly container plan based on production schedule and targets.
Other tasks assigned by the General Manager (if any).
