Mô tả công việc

Build brand loyalty and love among Vietnamese customers, with a focus on expanding the fan base and growing brand recognition.

Analyze market trends, consumer demands, competitive dynamics, and the macro environment in relation to the company’s strengths, to develop effective brand strategies. This includes identifying key target markets and creating a clear value proposition to differentiate the brand.

Collaborate with the R&D team (and other relevant departments) to define the desired brand image and customer experiences, then develop new products or improve existing ones accordingly.

Work closely with external stakeholders (e.g., research agencies, advertising agencies, vendors, and retailers) to create effective branding and communication strategies. Implement marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, consideration, and driving purchase behavior.

Partner with the Sales team (and other relevant departments) to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns. Provide strategic brand guidelines, set targets, and align on necessary actions to drive business results through integrated and joint activities.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities using both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Analyze ROI to optimize strategies and reallocate resources efficiently, ensuring profitability for the brand and the company overall.

Yêu cầu

 5 years of experience at a relevant level, particularly in the beverage or FMCG industries.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience working within a Japanese cultural environment is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of innovation and expert
