Field Program Manager - Agricultural

Responsible for leading project management within the assigned region, encompassing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with both internal and external partners. This includes direct communication with executive management, oversight of cross-border project execution, and facilitation of collaboration with local governmental bodies.
Key Responsibilities


Lead the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of international projects (including domestic initiatives in HQ), ensuring successful delivery of objectives within the designated region.


Serve as the primary liaison for client companies, delivering comprehensive project reports and facilitating high-level discussions and presentations.


Coordinate and manage joint projects with HQ and international partners, providing logistical support and hosting site visits in the region.


Establish and maintain relationships with local government authorities (provincial and commune levels), negotiate terms, and formalize cooperation through MOUs and agreements.


Organize and lead public engagement activities including workshops, seminars, training sessions, and reporting events in collaboration with stakeholders such as the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DAE), Agricultural Service and Extension Center (ASEC), Agricultural Institutes, cooperatives, and local farmers.


Conduct and manage extensive field surveys involving numerous communes, including data analysis and report development.


Collaborate closely with research and operations managers to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and provide support as necessary.
