• Monitor and evaluate the organization’s environmental impact and ensure alignment with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Lead environmental audits, assessments, and evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
• Formulate and implement environmental strategies and action plans to enhance performance.
• Stay updated on relevant environmental laws, standards, and international best practices.
• Raise awareness and build a compliance culture across all business units.
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including authorities, auditors, and community representatives, on environmental matters.
• Manage operational programs covering pollution prevention, carbon management, biodiversity protection, sustainable sourcing, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and consultants to ensure proper execution of environmental-related projects.
• Participate in public consultations and hearings, representing the organization on environmental issues.
• Investigate major environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation for permits, licenses, and reports in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
• Support other health, safety, and sustainability tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the energy, power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors.
