Director of Construction Management - Airport Project

To lead and oversee the successful development and delivery of landside infrastructure inc. management and execution of all engineering, procurement, and construction activities, providing leadership and strategic direction aligned with the overall airport strategy and vision, while ensuring achievement of performance targets for cost, time, quality, safety, environment, operational benefits, and integration

Key responsibilities
• Strategic Contribution: Support the Head of Development and collaborate with other Directors and heads of functional services to ensure the development aligns with its vision and long-term strategy to become a world-class airport, while effectively balancing stakeholder interests and future growth objectives
• Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and operational readiness of landside construction, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Team Leadership & Resource Management: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing project team, ensuring effective use of functional resources from commercial, planning, control, QAQC, and design while coordinating with other directors
• Performance Management: Own and drive delivery against all project performance targets, including cost, schedule, quality, safety, environmental compliance, operational benefits and seamless operational integration
• Value Engineering: Review engineering designs and construction methods to identify opportunities for value improvement and cost reduction through value engineering techniques without compromising quality or safety
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all landside construction activities comply with applicable local regulations, including environmental and safety requirements
