We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Back Office Manager to lead and execute core functions in accounting, administration, and internal operations. This is a pivotal role suited for someone with 5–7 years of well-rounded experience, who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Accounting & Financial Operations
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closings.
Coordinate with external accounting firms (if any) for tax filings, audits, and financial reporting.
Prepare decision-ready financial reports and forecasts for management, not just raw data.
Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and support cash flow planning.
Ensure timely and compliant handling of taxes, invoices, and financial documents.
Administrative & Contract Management
Maintain and optimize internal administrative workflows, including document control, vendor management, office supplies (virtual or physical), and IT/admin tools.
Review and manage company contracts and documentation in coordination with legal advisors when necessary.
Take ownership of operational tasks across departments and resolve issues proactively.
People & HR Support
Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding processes, and leave tracking.
Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Assist in recruitment and team operations in collaboration with leadership and hiring teams.
