Job Description
This position will lead facility team to be responsible for provide maintenance service and improve reliabilities for the whole Hanoi site facility system and equipment, including CNC machines, HVAC, substations, air compressors, water treatment, heating water system, generator, gas station, etc. and anything related to building is under this role also. This position also will be responsible for the focus factory’s production equipment in the aspect of maintenance technology.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Ensure the reliability of facility system and production equipment for focus factory
• Troubleshooting and immediate reaction to malfunction of facility and production equipment failure which technicians can’t fix
• Provide technical support for maintenance technicians
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for complicated and frequently issue and develop preventive action
• Budget and spending management, continuous improvement, and productivities,
• Develop AM/PM plan and standard task form.
• Spare part list management for the accountable area
• Provide training for maintenance technicians and operators
• Develop WI for standard work process
• Support CAPEX projects, New equipment installation, test and acceptance
• Lead TPM Projects to facility and production equipment reliability improvement
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 8-10 years
• Good command of English, oral and written included
• Strong leader and have immediate and right reaction when something goes wrong
• MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT, SAP), Industrial automation information technology software (PLC, HMI, Automatic and monitoring configuration software, AutoCAD)
• Experience in project leading
• Good communication skills
• Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive
• Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity
