Responsibilities:
• Manage and update customer, vendor, and product data.
• Prepare and enter sales and trading contracts into the system.
• Track shipment schedules and prepare export documents.
• Handle customer purchase orders, stock balance, and sales records.
• Communicate with customers about opening and changing Letters of Credit (L/C).
• Coordinate with overseas and Korean partners to follow up on cargo status.
• Manage payments to vendors.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
