Job Description
Our client is a leading international corporation in the field of infrastructure construction, with many large-scale projects worldwide such as airports, expressways, bridges, and seaports.
In Vietnam, the company is serving as the main contractor for several national key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop execution strategies, project schedules, and budgets while mentoring the project management team for high performance.
- Monitor risks, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project progress in line with timelines and costs.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to upper management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 20 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale highway, bridge, or expressway projects.
- Strong knowledge of project contracts, financing, quality & HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, delivering projects on time and within budget.
