Job Description
Job Purpose:
The main task is to visit customers’ sites to check their technical needs, offer expert advice, and do testing in the company’s lab related to chemical products used in production.
Responsibilities:
• Visit customers to understand their processes and collect information.
• Help solve technical problems customers face and suggest better ways to use our chemical products. Provide quick support when needed.
• Work closely with sales and other teams like R&D and production to create solutions that fit customer needs.
• Write clear reports about what you find and suggest how to improve product use and efficiency.
• Manage and perform tests in the company’s lab to check product performance and process quality.
• Follow all health, safety, and environment rules. Help improve safety at work and be responsible for safety related to the testing area.
Job Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
• Experience in technical support, preferably in chemical manufacturing or metal surface treatment.
• Knowledge of chemical testing and measurements.
• Able to work independently, handle several tasks at once, and willing to travel to customer sites often.
• Good English communication skills.
