Job Description
• Strategic Sales Leadership
o Design and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives
o Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key accounts, developers, and industry stakeholders
o Develop and mentor high-performing sales teams through hands-on leadership and coaching
o Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance
• Business Operations Excellence
o Drive operational excellence across aftersales, logistics, and marketing functions
o Implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
o Orchestrate strategic regional events and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence
o Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize ROI
Job Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HVAC, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances industry sales, with proven track record at premium brands
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Comprehensive expertise in HVAC technical operations, supply chain management, and market development
• Senior Manager or equivalent level experience with P&L responsibility
• Deep understanding of North Vietnam market dynamics and established business networks (local candidates only)
