Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Company Director.
• Preparing and organizing meetings and appointments for the Director with departments and partners.
• Participating in administrative and office work and other tasks as required by the Company Director.
• Responsible for managing the Director's document system.
• Being the focal point for establishing and updating the processing status of the work progress tracking table, and tasks under the Director's direction.
• Receiving and screening incoming and outgoing documents and phone calls (internal documents), classifying them according to urgency and importance to arrange them in order of priority for processing;
• Receiving documents and records from Departments, Divisions, and Factories within the Company submitted to the Director for approval; conveying the Director's opinions/information to relevant Departments, Divisions, and Factories and receiving feedback from functional Departments within the Company for the Director;
• Performing administrative responsibilities such as photocopying documents, faxing, sending letters, and managing and storing the Director's incoming and outgoing documents;
• Scheduling, arranging, and preparing the content and daily work schedule of the Company Director; recording and arranging the Director's schedules and meeting times with partners;
• Preparing the Director's business trips (booking air tickets, hotels, transportation, etc.);
• Preparing and organizing the Director's meetings and gatherings with Departments, Divisions, and partners: participating in planning; making a list of attendees, guests, announcing the content and location; preparing documents for the Director's meeting members; recording minutes of meetings and meetings;
• Assisting, advising, and consulting the Company Director on legal issues: document submission procedures, legal regulations, regulations of the Corporation, Group, regulations of law and the State;
• Assisting the Director in other roles related to the Trade Union, Party Committee, Emulation and Reward Committee, etc.
• Fully complying with safety, health, and environmental requirements in all related production and business activities; always raising safety awareness and fully applying safety procedures when performing work.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• University degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English.
• Problem-solving and advisory skills for the Director.
• Presentation skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Skills to grasp and process information, agility.
• Careful, meticulous, able to withstand high pressure, independent in handling work, diligent, eager to learn and highly confidential.
• Understanding of some relevant legal knowledge to support the work.
• Good health, high sense of responsibility, creativity and enthusiasm in work.
