Oversee all business, marketing, sales, and administrative operations of the representative office in the Southern region.


Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.


Manage the ordering process, inventory levels, and coordination with dealers.


Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer events.


Monitor and evaluate dealer marketing and sales performance; provide improvement plans when necessary.


Propose and implement sales strategies and promotional policies tailored to regional market conditions.


Oversee customer debt collection, manage dealer credit limits, and handle related financial issues.


Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for office staff.


Supervise general administration, asset management, IT support, and office infrastructure.


Coordinate closely with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives.


 

Yêu cầu

 


Solid experience in sales, marketing, and operational management, preferably in a dealer network environment.


Strong understanding of the passenger car market, including dealer operations, consumer behavior, and market trends.
