Job Description
Establish, expand, and manage strategic business relationships with key Vietnamese financial institutions in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives to achieve assigned targets.
Sustain a high-quality client portfolio by offering tailored banking products and services that align with customers’ specific needs.
Work closely with the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) and provide oversight to ensure proper client administration and monitoring of daily transactions.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments and other branches/offices to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Prepare and submit reports to the Department Head and the Branch General Manager.
Job Requirements
Self-driven, honest, independent, responsible, patient, and diligent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field, with an established and active client network.
Proficient in both spoken and written English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Accounting. Relevant professional certifications or memberships (e.g., ACCA, CFA) are preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
